PTT Kantharalak Station Damaged by Border Clashes; EOD Recovers 8 Bodies in Aftermath (July 25, 2025) Sisaket Province, Thailand, July 25, 2025 – The PTT gas station in Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province, sustained significant damage following recent clashes along the Thai-Cambodian border. This morning, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) teams and Border Patrol Police (BPP) units moved into the area to clear unexploded ordnance found within the convenience store and the gas station premises. During the recovery operation, authorities also retrieved bodies of those killed in the incident. Officials have confirmed that a total of 8 fatalities were found at this specific location. The ongoing recovery efforts highlight the severe impact of the border confrontation on civilian areas and the dangerous remnants of conflict.
