People dressed in warm clothing as they left their homes, following a drop in temperature in Bangkok. The Meteorological Department reported that, over the next 24 hours, Thailand would experience cool to cold weather, with some areas in the upper northern and northeastern regions facing freezing temperatures. Temperatures in the northern and upper southern regions would decrease slightly, accompanied by strong winds. On mountain peaks, extremely cold weather was expected, and citizens in these areas were advised to take extra care of their health due to the cold and to be cautious of potential fire hazards caused by dry conditions and strong winds.
